R&D Tech Support Specialist
Pay - $22-$25/hour
Kelly Services is currently seeking a
R&D Tech Support Specialist
for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.
Writes, oversees and coordinates protocols for the production of clinical and non-clinical test articles in support of R D and Operations initiatives.
Performs regular audits of documents, ensuring their accuracy.
Facilitates pilot scale and manufacturing scale pre-clinical and clinical protocols which involves extended periods of standing.
Works as an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams involved in test article research and development.
Communicates and facilitates required testing for release of test articles to the clinic.
Organizes and assembles Design History Records for protocols run in operations.
Gathers and analyzes test article data in support of research projects.
Adheres to safety and environmental policies and procedures and supports department safety and environmental objectives.Qualifications
Minimum education required for competent performance:
Associate degree or 2 years of related experience with technical writing, work instructions and documentation.
Excellent communication; written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must have ability to pay special attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks is required.
Proficiency in MS Office software.Important information:
