This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile trust and estate litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trust and estate law, a strong track record in litigation, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:Representing clients in all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, probate litigation, and fiduciary duty claims.Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting complex legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Advising clients on potential legal risks and developing strategies to avoid or minimize those risks.Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that serves their best interests.Collaborating with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the efficient and effective handling of trust and estate litigation matters.Staying updated on the latest developments in trust and estate law and incorporating this knowledge into your practice.Qualifications:A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A current license to practice law in the state.A minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience - experience in trust and estate litigation strongly preferred.Proficiency in legal research and drafting, with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to represent clients effectively in court.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with a team.A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.The ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to continuing legal education and professional development.Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.Join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence in trust and estate litigation.
