Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionLead role in Executive Compensation services: Executive Movements/Transactions, Stock Plan Administration, HR M&A Support and Compensation Committee matters. Leading Teams’ interface to organization for Acquisitions. Primarily Due Diligence but also some post Close Integration activities. Lead completion of Due Diligence across Rewards programs in partnership with HR partners and cross-functional Business and Functional teams. Support Vice President and Team; operationalize best in class, strategic practices including benchmarking, LTI design and programs and systems to drive best-in-class planning, processing, data analysis and reporting. Support in development of compelling executive offers, including ‘C’ suite and ensure programs drive retention and pay for performance culture.Support Thermo Fisher’s M&A strategy in a highly volume acquisition environment – from Due Diligence thru Integration activities. Ensure successful short- and long-term integration of Thermo Fisher and newly acquired organizations, provide key direction, technical oversight, analyses, and overall deal support for Executive and Equity Awards matters.As a senior member of Thermo Fisher’s HR leadership team, the successful candidate will partner with global executives in all businesses and functions to provide impactful and efficient executive programs, plans and infrastructure.Provide Role Model Leadership in the management of team performance and provide mentoring and guidance to all members of the HR team. Assist in developing materials for the Compensation Committee, CEO and senior leadership team level topics and interaction.Work with the Global Compensation, Global Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR field leadership teams to ensure rewards programs support organization’s objectives.Develop cost effective, innovative programs and implement processes and procedures that ensure timely, efficient, and accurate reporting of related information to our Leadership.Assist with function's strategy and execution of training, messaging and establishing understanding to deliver highly effective participants' experience.Minimum Requirements7+ years in executive compensation and leadership roles with enhanced responsibility.Deep experiences in equity practices, M&A, regulatory, governance and executive compensation.Extensive familiarity with market benchmarking practices, sources and tools.Deep subject matter expertise in Long Term Incentives and relevant accounting/governance.Excellent analytical, communication and consultation skills.Ability to credibly collaborate with the executive levels of the Corporation and multiple customer functional areas.Strong understanding of technical matters (e.g., Tax, Accounting, Legal, SEC, Equity) as it relates to functions.High familiarity with executive pay benchmarking, design, offer processes and management.Shown ability to work in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment with multiple priorities that requires strong project management and decision-making capabilities. Hands-on, detailed, self-directed and collaborative approach required.
