Specification Representative
who will promote and create pull-through demand for Decorative surface distributed by Rugby Architectural Building Products to architects and interior designers for both the commercial and residential markets with the ultimate goal of driving increased product specifications.What’s in it for you:Compensation which consists of a base salary plus potential for a performance bonus.Hybrid work environment: you will combine home based, work at our local branch, and travel throughout the local area. to excel in this role, you will need to...Promote and present our Decorative surfaces to architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Serve as product resource & project support for our decorative surfaces to the A&D community.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the design and architecture communities to generate product specifications and ultimately drive sales growth.Collaborate with architects, designers, and specifiers to identify project requirements and provide tailored solutions using our full product line.Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to educate customers about the features, benefits, and applications of our products.Attend local or regional industry trade shows, and participate in networking events to build brand awareness and expand the customer base.Conduct market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion, providing this insight and recommendations to management.Communicate and work directly with our outside sales team to ensure the specification translates to an order.Should You Apply?
