SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist in the Facilities Management Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII on the
AIRFIELD Team .
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Leading, managing, or training others in maintaining and operating facilities to meet an organization's mission requirements;Applying technical principles, directives, and methods of facilities management to maintain facilities and facility assets in good working order;Identifying, prioritizing, and initiating projects to be placed on Maintenance Action Plans (MAPs), Maintenance Execution Plans (MEPs), or Long Range Maintenance Plans (LRMPs) for assigned facilities;Solving work problems and providing direction to others to ensure execution of major facilities operations by establishing assignments, instructions, priorities, and deadlines.
