Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our engineering software solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and news sources to remain informed about the evolving dynamics of the corporate world.Utilize methodologies like MEDDIC, BANT, ANUM, and CHAMP to qualify and prioritize opportunities effectively.Challenge customer thinking and handle objections with charm to spark interest and generate demand.Lead customers with clarity, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and manage stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective sales pipeline.

Your Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the CAE market.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex enterprise sales processes.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of the CAE market, including Cloud computing, SaaS, CAD, CAE, CFD, and FEM.Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.Experience with sales intelligence software, such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Cognism.Bachelor's or Master's degree.Business proficiency in English and German.Even if you don't meet all the criteria 100%, but believe there's a potential fit, we encourage you to apply.
