Your RoleThe value-based platform operations team provides the operational support for all the Blue Shield of California pay for value payment models. The Provider Relations Representative, Senior, will report to the Senior Manager of the value-based platform team. In this role, you will work with the providers to roll out and support the pay for value payment models.Your Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a college degree or equivalent experienceRequires 5 years of prior relevant experienceExperience working with pay for value payment models is preferredBroad knowledge of project management is preferredUnderstanding of healthcare clinical qualityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range:The pay range for this role is: $77,990.00 to $116,930.00 for California.Note:Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.#LI-JS3
