A3 content must be trained and used in specific cases in our plants. The use of 6-Sigma method and FMEA has to be coordinated, which is not given yet.Your Responsibilities
Leading the small team “Quality Methods”Training on A3 method in all areasSupporting the divisions in dedicated issues on the job floor, in the productionReviewing our 8Ds on a formal aspect to secure valid method of solving the casePractice Lessons Learned out of the known issues to improve our futureKnow-How in process optimization (value stream mapping, lean, quality process)Who we are looking for
Completed university degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic)5 years relevant experience in Quality Problem SolvingKnowledge/Experience in Quality Processes and Continuous ImprovementComprehensive knowledge of English/German (speak & write)Willingness to travel (plant visits in Europe)Your preferred qualifications
