You will report to the Sr. Director of Planning at Honeywell SETS with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.Responsibilities:
Lead activities related to demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and material planning supporting Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS).Oversee the monthly planning cycle for your network of sites, ensuring alignment of finished goods production plans and raw materials replenishment programs to the Supply Plans.Ensure network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Plan optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.Involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure network supply strategy delivers on product portfolio vitality goals.Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve supply plans and present associated risks and mitigating plans to Business leadership.Lead process improvement initiatives across the global HTS Supply chain planning organization to drive global process consistency and maturity.Create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization.Lead the development of your teams to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on a Variant Config Make to Order business.S&OP knowledge and experience.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across multiple levels of the organization.Statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:
APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred.Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Expert.Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.Significant experience directing and leading others.Ability to identify business process issues and implement effective improvement and control plans.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
