This position is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operations of the branch location, including operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives, either directly or through subordinates.Responsibilities:Develop new deposit and loan business, providing superior customer service.Promote the service culture of the bank through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.Make decisions to improve branch profitability and growth.Participate in community organizations and events to promote goodwill for the bank.Direct and manage day-to-day strategic priorities and related communications.Administer and coordinate the bank's sales and customer development activities.Balance management and supervisory duties with maintaining an individual loan portfolio.Manage daily operations of the branch, including staffing and employee performance.Provide customer service, including opening new accounts and assisting with financial needs.Cross-sell bank products and services while managing an assigned portfolio of bank customers.Perform primary functions within the branch in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.Address loan customer requests and analyze financial data for credit decisions.Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with operational audits.Maintain good public relations with customers and the community.Manage difficult customer situations and provide resolutions.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer and proprietary information.Assist human resources in staffing the Lending Department.Core Values:Humility: We are relatable, down-to-earth people who greet every customer the same.Respectful, Genuine Care for Others: We care about each other, our customers, and our communities.Finds A Way: A can-do spirit with a desire to contribute and make a difference.Effort: We hold ourselves to a high standard and earn our place with customers and each other.Owning-It: Accountability and following through on commitments.Education and Experience:Required: High School diploma or GED.Required: Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.Required: Three to Five years of banking experience.Preferred: Three to Five years of customer service experience.Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.Deadline:
