As a member of our local sales team, you will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of business across a geographic area, developing target accounts within that area, and working with the brokers who serve those accounts. You are a consultative seller skilled at building relationships directly with companies, a strategic thinker and planner, and proven in creating new revenue opportunities for both the short and long term.Your First 60 Days Will Include:Building your initial prospecting list of brokers, influencers, CRE professionals, and major local employers.Understanding our member base and developing relationships with current members.Participating in tours and sales meetings with the General Manager to experience the brand and learn more about our value.Learning about the range of tools available to help you communicate our offerings and close deals.Training on brand positioning, products, systems, and tools that support your role.Collaborating with marketing on messaging and outreach to your prospects.Discussing and defining appointment-setting support required for your prospects.Making contact with your prospect list and delivering against agreed activity cadences in the CRM system.Identifying immediate needs and opportunities from relationships that require development.Issuing proposals and following up on immediate business needs from your accounts and outreach.Your First Year Will Include:Delivering against a quarterly target of an average of 25-50 memberships per month for your territory.Identifying immediate/short-term business requirements alongside future relationship opportunities.Moving transactions into trading relationships and account management.Leveraging channel partners to advocate for the company and generate new requirements from their clients.Developing a strong understanding of your geographic market conditions, changing trends, and new prospects or reasons for purchase.Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met.Representing the company in senior sales conversations, complex deals, or network-style requirements.Creating and hosting internal account reviews and determining account-driven plans.Additional Opportunities:Additional sales activities may be assigned to you as projects by senior leadership to support locations outside of your assigned region, including renewals, as well as enterprise outreach to self-generate leads. Expectations and details, including compensation, will be decided prior to the beginning of the project.Why You Will Be Great in This Role:You have experience selling a high-value product or premium brand.You enjoy building a portfolio of business through prospecting, research, and developing relationships.You have already established relationships within corporate real estate decision-makers or real estate brokers.You have a successful track record of building a business pipeline with a high conversion rate.You have a proven sales record of hitting and exceeding performance metrics.You are a self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making skills, and a strong work ethic.You have outstanding communication skills and excel at cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.You can work with potential clients as a consultant rather than a salesperson.You are proficient with business software, including CRM systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
