We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our firm. We are a Plaintiff injury and consumer law firm in San Diego, California. The candidate will primarily handle pre-lit claims/case investigation, damages assessment, and all litigation matters and will have the opportunity to appear in court, take depositions, prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery, and interact with both opposing counsel and the client(s).Prior experience in injury claims and/or litigation is a benefit but not required.Qualifications:
