$68,200-$98,500Job Summary:Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.Contacts candidates to ascertain fit and schedules interviews.Extends offers and negotiates compensation.Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews.Owns the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance.Works closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs.Sources top talent to meet departmental objectives.Uses passive candidate engagement tactics to create a talent pipeline.Accurately assesses candidates for cultural, competency, and skill fit.Advises hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews.Collaborates during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges and other details.Manages candidates and application statuses in the Applicant Tracking System.Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.EXPERIENCE:Two (2) or more years in talent acquisition and recruiting.KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY/SKILLS:Knowledge of employment laws.Experience with personnel files, background checks, and employment reference checks.Experience with an ATS and/or HRIS.Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated project management capabilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ownership and initiative with assigned tasks.Benefits:
