SUMMARY OF POSITION:Springs Rescue Mission considers every position one of ministry and a vital and valued part of our team. The person in this role will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to raise awareness, engage donors, and support our mission of transforming the lives of men and women experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications on the development, creation and implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a consummate project manager and proactive team-player with a heart for the people we serve and a keen sense of how to acquire, retain and appreciate SRM's donors.Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Springs Rescue Mission's goals and objectives, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.Assist in managing the marketing and communications team, keeping direct mail, digital, advertising, and special projects on time and on budget.Work with external vendors and contractors for production and other services as determined by Director of Communications.Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns and website optimization, to enhance online presence and engagement with target audiences.Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement donor communication strategies, nurturing relationships with existing donors and cultivating new supporters.Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with Springs Rescue Mission's mission and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, direct-response appeals, newsletters, social media, and special projects, to effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact.Work with stakeholders throughout the organization on internal communications and departmental marketing needs as determined by Director of Communications.Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all communication materials, maintaining and enhancing Springs Rescue Mission's positive public image.Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.Qualifications
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a constant witness.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on non-profit or mission-driven organizations.Deadline driven with excellent time-management skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email.Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong project management involving multiple media formats.Passion for the SRM's work and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.Valid Colorado driver's license.Benefits
