As a Senior Product Manager, you will pave the way for expanding highly automated UAS operations, expanding Wing’s ability to manage UAS operations at global scale, and enabling effective integration of UAS into the airspace. The ideal candidate has experience launching safety related products with both user and digital interfaces, ability to rapidly simplify complex topics, and works effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.What You’ll Do:Lead a high impact product team prioritizing product features and effective quarterly roadmap planning across regulated user and API interfacesPartner closely with engineering, regulatory, policy, strategy, legal and operations to define product requirements, create innovative & compliant products, and ensure successful product launchesManage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch, iteration, and end-of-lifeEngage users to regularly collect feedback and understand product adoptionEstablish key metrics, monitor and report on the progress of the product roadmapWhat You’ll Need:12+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building/shipping regulated, safety related product5+ years of management experienceBA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalentExperience leading launches of regulated, safety related, aviation products across digital and human interfaces through to regulator approval and auditAbility to lead and influence teams of cross functional teams & experts in a collaborative environment including building consensus across industry and governmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a range of audiencesThe US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
