We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven National Accounts Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, remote position based in California and Arizona. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the Container Packaging and Food Packaging industry and a proven track record of managing National Accounts. As a National Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories and sectors.Managing, nurturing and growing our national accounts while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.Staying abreast of the latest developments in the Container Packaging and Food Packaging industry and adjusting strategies accordingly.Collaborating with internal teams (such as customer service, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless account management.Creating and presenting sales reports, including revenue forecasts and sales projections, to the senior management team.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the sales industry, specifically with Container Packaging and Food Packaging.Proven track record of managing and growing national accounts.Strong knowledge of sales metrics and experience in creating and presenting sales reports.Solid experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.If you have a passion for sales and a desire to drive growth within a dynamic and innovative company, we would love to hear from you.
