This position will have a focus on the Wellness portfolio at CVS and is

remote.Responsibilities:Maintain clear understanding of customer (CVS) objectives, and liaise with Senior Customer Development Manager to develop operational plans to manage execution and measure results.Assist Senior Manager in preparing for sales, customer, and internal meetings for total Wellness portfolio.Support Senior Manager with total Wellness portfolio day to day sales activities as needed.Detailed understanding of the Customers go-to-market model including Category Management strategy.Support development and execution of target Budget plan and new product distribution goals.Execute our brand and category growth strategy that align with the customer.With guidance and assistance from Senior Manager, identify new opportunities for growth and development of strategic plans in accordance with corporate goals.Relationship management with account cross functional areas, Corporate and divisions. Ongoing meetings and access to CMs.Foster and grow existing and new relationships within account.Educate our business partners on our products, retail goals, and measurement of success.With guidance and assistance from Sr. Manager, deliver customer presentations that demonstrate innovation, shelf positioning, promotions, and pricing.Manage daily business in partnership with customers, including: UPC product/item setup, maintenance, logistics and inventory management.With guidance and assistance from Sr. Manager, sell-in new products and all promotions to customer; ensure full-line distribution of products.Ongoing management that focuses on strategic alignment and designed to strengthen both the customer and NHSc market position.With appropriate direction, assist customer development team with input of Trade Investment Management (Osprey): system input, trade fund management, sales forecasting and projection activities for the company.Strong Trade management/budget processing and an efficiency that focus on a strong ROI.Monthly reporting on shipment and trade spend to drive forecast accuracy and maximize sales efficiency.P&L management within respective account coverage.EXPERIENCE3-5 years relevant experience including sales experience and/or syndicated data supplier/software user.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.Experience in consumer goods and Vitamins and Supplements is highly preferred.Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers.Knowledge regarding Project Management, and experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.Experience with Power BI or other BI reporting tool required.PREFERRED SKILLSStrong business acumen: Has a sound understanding of financial business processes and P&L analysis.Analytics: Ability to leverage data and processes to identify areas to maximize profit and improve process.Communication skills: Able to easily communicate plan, reports, ideas and concepts to cross functional teams and management.Presentation: Prepare and successfully present detailed analysis to cross functional teams.Planning: Interpret data trends and forecast trade promotion budget to prepare and support a detailed annual business plans.Problem solving: Solves problems by gathering the appropriate facts and applying analytical tools. Uses teamwork to maximize the results.Systems Proficiency: Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Access, Powerpoint), Experienced in Power BI report development, SAP Business Objects and IRI Liquid Data.High level of organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed.Problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
