Director , Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. Provide case management & individual plan development and implementation to clients at the residential and community sites. Supervise day-to-day operation of the 24-hour & Int programs. Maintain programs in regulatory compliance.Benefits and Perks:

Develop & monitor the implementation of each client's personal plan.Facilitate integration & coordination of all client services.Maintain programs in relevant regulatory compliance (IDPH, DHS, HBWS). Ensure that all policies, procedures, and practices are followed.Schedule staff in accordance with program staffing requirements, respond to call-offs or other emergencies reported by staff.Direct, train, & supervise staff in the delivery of program services.Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Special Education, Registered Nurse, or human service related field required.QIDP certification a MUST.Valid Illinois Driver's license required.
