CST Superviso r, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Supervise and coordinate case management services in the CST program, provide clinical supervision to staff, conduct weekly staff meetings, and complete necessary compliance and monitoring activities and reports.

Provide direct supervision to assigned staff.Conduct staff meetings and coordinate weekly schedule with APN/Psychiatrist.Ensure all staff documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Rule 140 standards.Ensure all client charts comply with Rule 140 standards, DHS, DMH, and the Williams and Colbert Consent Decrees.Train new staff to ensure proficiency in service delivery, comprehension of and compliance with Rule 140 and accreditation and licensure standards and proficiency with EHR.Ensure MCO authorizations are received and maintained in order to cover provided services.Complete all documentation per Rule 140 requirements, including IMCANS and Addendums, and ensure chart compliance.Position Qualifications:
Masters degree in social service field is required.Must have a minimum of two years in social services with increase responsibility over time.Experience supervising staff is preferred.LCSW/LCPC is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.Valid Illinois driver's license in good standing is required and auto insurance.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, pregnancy, any other characteristic protected by law.
