Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Crystal Farms is looking for an Accounting Analyst who will be responsible for independently preparing routine journal entries and account reconciliations. In addition, this position supports the effective management of the promotions portfolio by ensuring accurate promotion databases, overseeing broker commission and customer rebate payments. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Prepare and post journal entries as a part of month-end close procedures. Perform GL account reconciliations to ensure all transactions have support and are in accordance with internal policy and GAAP. Calculate broker monthly, quarterly, and yearly commissions. Manage rebate portfolios and process payments. Ensure data consistency between SAP and Trade System (Blue Planner). Update month end cost center reporting and assist in variance analysis. Maintain SOP documentation and ensure internal control compliance. Prepare information for internal and external audit. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 - 5 years of accounting-related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP Systems, preferably SAP. Organization, strong attention to accuracy and data integrity. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
