E thics in how you work and how you thinkWhat You’ll Do:Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans for our bioscience product portfolio, focusing on engagement with consumers, HCPs, and B2B partners.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs across all target segments.Create targeted marketing campaigns and materials tailored to consumers, HCPs, and B2B partners, including presentations, brochures, digital content, and educational resources.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools that effectively communicate product value propositions to each audience.Analyze product performance and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt marketing strategies and messaging for all stakeholders.Organize and participate in industry conferences, webinars, and other events to promote our products and engage with consumers, HCPs, and B2B partners.Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance product visibility and credibility.What We Need From You:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of marketing experience in the bioscience, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on consumer and HCP marketing.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns for diverse audiences.Strong understanding of the bioscience landscape, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics.Experience in retail marketing and international marketing is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Project management skills to lead multiple cross functional projects to keep them on track.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.$100,000 - $130,000 a year
The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
