You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments. Influence and inspire confidence. Responsible for leading efforts to optimize current user experiences and create and test additional designs, features, and functionality for mobile, webpages, and web applications. Develop experiences from user flows and wireframes through final UI design, including helping to write requirements for implementation. Plan sprint for an engineering team to build applications that directly impact millions of end-users. Participate in design planning with product owners and engineering and UX team leaders for future work and backlog grooming. Collaborate daily with other UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Design and craft pixel-perfect interfaces with a high attention to detail. Expand upon existing template designs, UI components, and style guidelines. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built to specifications. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems including responsiveness. Conduct heuristic and competitive analysis and usability testing. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Deliver at an epic scale. Act like an owner & doer. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: UX software product design; B2C and B2B products; Design software and wireframe tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, or Axure; JavaScript; HTML5; CSS3; Accessibility competence; Prototyping; User testing; Information architecture; and User Centered Design. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $109,373 - $168,300 / year.
