Build these strategies pre-season to launch new seasonal product and marketing, but also optimize the merchandising of the site regularly in season, both with the goal of driving budgeted sales and growing site KPIs.Strategize and execute website navigation and content to create an inspiring, rich, easy user experienceCommunicate and execute thevisualmerchandising strategyfor the website. Responsiblefor the integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout website.Regularly analyze salesand digital KPIsfor eCommerce to informopportunities for the channel.Communicate opportunities and findings to crossfunctionalpartners.Collaboratewithdigitalcreative team to develop image, content, features, promos, and landing pages within website to drive product salesIn partnership with Site Operations team lead, oversee the daily and seasonal website user acceptance testing and go live deadlines.Participate indailysite testing in order to ensure correct presentation and product data integrityIn partnership with web analytics / testing, inform A/B and multi-variate testing for site optimizationPartial ownership of merchandise assortment data base, and integration of this system with web content management systemFacilitate asset creation process for both digital and print, working with in partnership with merchandising, creative, and content teams, including analysis of catalog performanceAttend key product developmentand asset creationmeetingsKeep abreast of market trends, consumer trends, competition, customer service issues, and eCommerce technology and dynamicsOther projects as assignedEvening and weekend work requiredKey Cross Functional Partners: Brand Merchandising, Digital Creative, Creative/Content, Site Operations, Email Marketing

For example:Deep understanding of numerous networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, DNS, DHCP, proxy functions (forward and reverse), security protocols (IPSec, SSL, etc.), real-time protocols for voice (Skinny, SIP, H.323, MGCP), in addition to WAN communications protocols including MPLS, DWDM, OC carrier, BRI/PRIFamiliarization with cloud/storage servicesBasic scripting skills in Python, Perl, iRules, TCL, Chef/Puppet or Go a plus

The expected starting pay range for this position is $176,000 - $188,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
