Job Purpose:

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves leading a dynamic marketing team, overseeing all marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The Marketing Director will leverage market research, data analytics, and creative insights to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and position the company as a market leader. Key responsibilities include managing the marketing budget, optimizing digital and traditional marketing channels, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Developing marketing strategies: Create a marketing strategy for the company's products or services, including setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Managing the marketing team: Lead and oversee the marketing team, including marketing support staff.

Managing the marketing budget: Create and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, drafting, and implementing it.

Analyzing the market: Research the market and competitors, including identifying target markets and new market segments.

Creating advertising campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns based on market research.

Building brand awareness: Develop brand strategy and position.

Measuring ROI: Measure the return on investment of advertising methods.

Building relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Maintaining knowledge: Stay up to date on emerging products and services.

Collaborating: Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans.

Maintaining staff: Recruit, select, orient, and train marketing staff.

Developing annual marketing strategies and plans.

Creating and executing marketing campaigns.

Overseeing marketing team members responsible for various segments or projects (e.g., content, search engine optimization, advertising, email, branding, PR, social media)

Project management

Development of proposals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and leadership to develop new ways to reach consumers and grow the business.

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years in marketing and/or business development.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.

Advanced experience in HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office required.

Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Time.
