Position Overview:The Financial Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial reports, directing investment activities, and developing strategies for long-term financial goals. This role requires at least 5 years of management experience in financial operations, forecasting, and client engagement.
Position: Financial Manager/Accounting IIILocation: Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJWork Type: Onsite, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management :
Produce financial reports and ensure data accuracy.Oversee and approve purchase orders (POs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.Develop and implement strategies for long-term financial planning.
Forecasting and Analysis :
Manage forecasting activities to align with organizational goals.Support decision-making processes through financial analysis and recommendations.
Client Engagement :
Engage with internal clients, including
engineering personnel , to facilitate financial operations and align resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)and advanced
Microsoft Excelskills.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years of management experiencein financial roles.Preferred background in
telecommunicationsor
decision support roles .
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Proven team player with a collaborative mindset.
