One of the largest tech companies in Redmond, WA is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a high-level individual and team within a dynamic and fast-paced eCommerce organization!
About The Role:
This role is uniquely split between traditional executive assistant duties and project management responsibilities.Pay rate: $29-30Fully onsite in Redmond, WA9 month contract with the option of an extension/conversion based on performanceAt least 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.Essential Skills:
Ability to manage the executive's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.Experience working at a large technology company located in Redmond, WashingtonProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Handle communication and act as a liaison for the executive.Support meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management for the executive.Organize and streamline employee engagement activities, such as bi-weekly or monthly happy hours for 500 employees.Manage logistics, including ordering supplies and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.Send out communications and invitations for organizational events.Assist in space management and auditing projects.Demonstrate business acumen by partnering with the executive on various business-related tasks.We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
