Job Title: Administrative Support II

Job Description

This role involves performing a variety of administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation. The position also requires composing memos, transcribing notes, researching, and creating presentations. Additionally, the role involves generating reports, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. The candidate may assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. The role requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field is expected. The role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. The candidate will typically report to a supervisor or manager and work under general supervision.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule appointments, provide information to callers, and take dictation.Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations.Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.Track and trace customer communication.Handle ROCK escalations.Schedule tinder acceptance.Manage escalations, data entry, and use Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.Essential Skills

High school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.Proficiency in administrative support and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.Experience with IT systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred college degree in a related field.Leadership principles such as invent and simplify, customer obsession, and bias for action.Work Environment
