Job Description

Overseeing all scheduling and calendar management for key professionals, including organizing client meetings, lunches, dinners, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services). Coordinating travel logistics and handling all travel-related bookings, as well as managing expense submissions for office leaders. Acting as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, including handling phone calls, written correspondence, and ensuring smooth coordination across various parties. Assisting with office facilities needs, such as receiving vendors and collaborating with the Corporate Services team, as well as supporting printing and document formatting requirements Providing general administrative support, including managing confidential information, assisting with presentations, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks within agreed time frames. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role would be someone with at least 10-12 years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist, preferably within a professional or financial services environment. College degree preferred or equivalent experience What's on Offer
