Job Function

Customer Information Systems Develops and maintains the customer information database to support analysis, application development and data-driven customer account management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Information Systems Management

Develops, manages, maintains and improves customer information databases that support residential and commercial energy efficiency outreach activities

Designs databases using appropriate mainframe, Excel, SharePoint and Access applications; populates databases from existing and new sources

Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards

Develop data queries using SQL

Coordinates with IT. Customer Information System Operation

Creates, manages and runs routine reports and queries regarding customer account information; maintains and provides data on metrics.

Data Analysis Analyzes customer data, presents results and recommends process improvements.

External Relations Establishes and maintains professional communications and relationships with contractors, Energy Trust and other external stakeholders to maintain quality of customer information.

Software Research Researches and recommends software to improve residential and commercial energy efficiency outreach activities.

System Training and Presentations Prepares communications and makes presentations on system improvements

Delivers user training programs on the customer information system.

Infrequently conduct residential customer heat pump inspections with training provided

Education/Experience/Certifications Education

Requires a bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience. Experience Typically two or more years in managing a database, project management, data analysis or related field.

Required experience with Tableau

Preferred experience with Salesforce

Preferred experience with Snowflake

Overnight inside/outside the service territory: Occasionally (one to two times a month or less)

Compensation Range:

$72,900.00 - $145,375.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
