We are located in downtown Chicago and looking for the best and brightest talent to assist with our casinos and sportsbooks domestically and internationally.As the Business Intelligence Manager , you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of daily operations with an emphasis on analytics and reporting. You will manage a team of analysts and assist in reporting, analysis, and forecasting across all aspects of the business including finance, fraud, CRM Management, VIP management, and more.This position works closely with internal and external stake holders. You will report to, and work closely with, the Director of Business Intelligence, and other subject matter experts. You will manage a team of analysts and help scale the department. You can manage multiple tasks at a given time, and you can utilize previous findings and reports to reiterate for new analysis needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a reporting infrastructure. Understand that reporting needs are different for each product, jurisdiction, and teamAnalyze and suggest strategies for marketing, CRM, operations, VIP team, and the overall businessProvide analytics based on segmentations. Apply predictive models to segmentations and give insights to key stake holdersConstantly measure KPIs and work with the Marketing and Operations teams to optimize in an efficient and tactical mannerAnalyze ROI of internal and external efforts. Provide immediate reporting to enable quick decisions to increase profitability and effectivenessCreate visualizations and dashboards to report real time metricsWork closely with the Engineering team to ensure proper data architectureManage a BI and analytics team. Ensure data accuracy and instill analytical best practicesDeliver and present information on an ongoing basis, both ad hoc and per requestAct as a mentor to analysts and provide knowledge on data analysis efficienciesJob Requirements:BA in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field1–2 years leadership experience in casino or sportsbook verticals3 years experience in gaming, financial and/or operational analysis requiredAbility to think and work independently while supporting multiple areas and projects simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organization and planning skillsStrong data programing, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExpert ability with relational database, SQL knowledge requiredExperience with data modeling, data science, statistical analysis, and predictive algorithmsStrong proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), with expert understanding of ExcelAbility to successfully fulfill the pre-employment processAbility to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidaysAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licensingAbility to travelConstant sitting, use of computer/keyboarding; frequent walking, standing; some kneeling, twisting bending and lifting.Spanish speaking is not required but a plus
