The program is an opportunity for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an individual during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days. The Northrop Grumman Military Program is open to all ranks and experience levels.Essential Functions:Electronic design of avionics used on military aircraftGathering of data, requirements development, interfacing with suppliers, and briefing customersActing as manufacturing liaison during the build process of your project to ensure overall quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achievedSupport integration of avionics on military aircraftBasic knowledge of design and analysis tools for electronic designBasic Qualifications:For – Electrical Engineer (T02): Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 0 years of experience.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain additional Special Access Program (SAP) access.For – Principal Electrical Engineer (T03):Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 3 years of experience OR 0 years’ experience with a PhD.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain additional Special Access Program (SAP) access.Qualifications:Current, active in-scope DoD Secret or higher security clearance.Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink, DOORS.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to lead fellow engineers on technical efforts.Experience performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Salary Range:
$87,200 - $130,800Salary Range 2:
