Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Labor Relations to join their San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Attorney who would like to assist in growing a practice under the mentorship of the team’s current Partners.
Requirements:
3-6 years of labor relations experience Experience with contract administration and enforcement, including grievance arbitrations Experience defending against unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions Admitted to practice law in the State of California Relocation Assistance Available:
