In addition, the role holder will also have deliverables linked to Singapore and select projects in APAC. Your responsibilities will be broad: people manager development, site engagement and D&I activities, performance and talent management, employee relations, organizational realignment and analytics.You will be expected to operate in a global matrix environment, where you will receive a range of support from global leadership, colleagues and a range of centres of excellence.Job Description:Meet our teamReporting to the People Team plus dotted line to the Australian CEO, the successful candidate will partner across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion to drive business outcomes against the execution of our global HR and local site-level priorities.Your way to impactDrive meaningful stakeholder engagement with Australia’s management team, key global stakeholders managing our Centre’s of Excellence and the global HR community.

Your day-to-dayBe the HR Business Partnering Lead for our Australian workforce

Partner with the Australian CEO on our Site Culture initiatives

Support local deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey

Own all aspects of basic Employee Relations issues (Corrective Actions etc.)

Partner effectively with our Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations and Employee Advocacy Teams

Coach managers on individual & team performance

Manager Training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practices

Champion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience

Together with the business-aligned HRBPs, you’ll support business reorganizations and restructures

Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights

Work with, and leverage sales force and our internal tools to drive better efficiency in our processes

Additionally, the role holder will also support People processes and deliverables for Singapore and select projects across the APAC markets

Experience within the Australian market or supporting Australia remotely across APAC

6-8 years HR experience

Experience in independently managing complex HR/ER cases.

Strong jurisdictional knowledge of Australian employment law (whether on the ground or via remote handling of responsibilities)

BEAR/FAR regulatory knowledge – practical experience would be deemed favorable

A sound knowledge of AU employment legislation

A positive and approachable attitude.

Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders

Desired experience from the banking/finance or technology industry, experience working in a global matrix organization, experience working with Workday.

Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience
