As part of a global firm with a single profit center, travel across the United States will be another exciting aspect of this role.Join us in shaping the future of workplace and commercial interiors in New York City and beyond!Primary Responsibilities:Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and project requirements, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions.Oversee all phases of project development, including conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing repeat business.Travel to project sites across the United States as required.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on workplace and commercial interiors.Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and building codes.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Sustainability accreditation such as WELL and/or LEED and professional licensure (e.g., NCIDQ, AIA) are highly desirable.What we offer you:Robust medical, dental and vision coverage401k OptionsPTOCompany Paid HolidaysLife InsuranceProfessional DevelopmentHybrid Model
