They desire hard-working individuals who manage a team and report directly to the Vice President with experience in heavy Civil projects including bridgework, highways, and foundations. This construction firm offers a wide range of construction planning and management services and is always committed to understanding their client's needs.Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager (Construction) will be responsible for the following:Establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, designers, property managers, consultants, and subcontractors.Establish and maintain clear communication and delegation between all team members.Mentor, coach, and train Project Managers.Financial management of all phases of projects (estimating, bidding, cost tracking to closeout).Attend pre-bid/site review meetings.Estimate construction budgets and review/prepare bid packages.Monitor the performance of the project superintendents and ensure the highest industry standards are met by all subcontracted trades.Prepare and maintain project schedules and coordinate the scope of work for all trades.Accountable for owner contracts, subcontracts, POs, associated change orders, etc.Coordinate and document weekly project site meetings.Manage all submissions and inspections required by governing agencies.The Successful ApplicantQualified Sr. Project Manager will have the following:7+ years of previous experience working with a Civil Contractor.Experience as Lead Project Manager on Civil projects.Bachelor's Degree a plus.Must have experience running projects from start to finish.Strong software and technology skills are a plus.Able to communicate and be organized.Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly.Experience managing teams is a plus.Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology.What's on OfferPackage includes but is not limited to:Base salary.Monthly vehicle allowance.Full Health/Dental/Vision Benefits (100% paid for by the company).401k with 4% match.Unlimited PTO.Family-oriented company.Long-term job security and stability.
