Dcode is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager, who has experience delivering services to government clients, specifically the Navy. As a senior program manager, you will lead client engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, identifying new and creative ways to connect the government with startup technology companies, helping the government change the way they operate to be more agile and innovative, translating government use cases to private sector speak, and delivering Dcode product offerings to impact government missions. It's fast paced and exciting!Salary range: $110,000- $145,000 plus bi-annual bonusesSecurity clearance eligibility required.Job Responsibilities

Client SuccessBecome a trusted advisor and partner for Dcode’s government clients as they work to integrate innovative, agile, and cutting-edge technologies into their missionsEstablish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goalsAnticipate client needs and proactively craft solutionsProvide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes, in order to drive innovation and agility inside their missionsEnsure we deliver exceptional quality and superior value-add work to our clients on time and above expectationsDeliver workshops, write assessments and reports, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help clients solve their toughest problemsProactively collect feedback from the client, review client concerns, and improve the client experienceContract ManagementReview and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure Dcode is compliant with client contracts at all timesContinuously monitor risks and propose solutions for fast resolutionImplement strong communication plans with clients related to contract status, risks, issues, opportunities, etc.Monitor contract spending, deliverables, and burn rates; work closely with leadership and operations to ensure timely invoicing and contracting actionsManage resourcing to ensure target profitability is metQualifications

KEY SKILLSYou’ll learn something new every day in this role. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have:7+ years of relevant work experiencePrior experience leading government-facing client work and managing (and retaining) government contracts, preferably with the NavyKnowledge and/or exposure to government information systems deliveryUnderstanding and comfort with agile project managementInterest and knowledge in technology innovation trends and current eventsA keen ability to listen to clients and discern needsStrong understanding of contracting, preference given to experience working on or managing IDIQs and associated task ordersStrong subject matter expertise and application in two or more of the following areas: government finance and budgeting, processes re-engineering, organizational design, policy, government culture-change, data analytics/visualization, and/or communications materialsThe ability to work without being closely managed and the ability to continuously WOWStrong executive presenceAbility to challenge client mindsets and offer alternative ways of approaching work while maintaining professionalismProven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, and an understanding of tools used to create effective communications collateralA desire and ability to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, fast, challenging, results-driven, and fun!Additional Information
