Our team is looking for a passionate Program Associate on Dcode’s Client Success team to help support our fast-growing government business! As a program associate, you will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for supporting relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast-paced and exciting!Salary Range:

$63,000-$75,000Security clearance eligibility required.Job Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and delivery of trainings, workshops, and client advisory work in areas such as:Helping draft reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverablesHelping to create presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirementsSupporting in-person and virtual training and delivery workshopsResearching and analyzing federal legislation, policy, and agency documentationSupporting the development of program and process documentation for DoD clientsWork with Dcode’s senior associates and program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and scheduleRepresent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, and industryHelp grow Dcode’s network of government innovators by maintaining relationships with government stakeholdersQualifications

KEY SKILLSYou’ll learn something new every day in this role. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have:1-2 years of work experienceAbility to deliver government-facing client work and develop effective communications collateralThe ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOWStrong interest in one or more of the following areas: processes re-engineering, organizational design, strategy development and execution, program assessment and evaluation, government information technology systems, and/or government culture changeAn ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlinesA willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environmentProven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!Additional Information
