Bandak Project Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our San Diego office. This is an in-office role, open to local candidates only at this time. The Project Manager will provide comprehensive project management services across our commercial, institutional, hospitality, life sciences, and biotech projects.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated individual with proven project management expertise who can effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, while serving as a dedicated advocate for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing technical project aspects with client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage strong relationships with clients, design teams, contractors, and agency representatives, fostering collaboration and accountability.Lead and coordinate multiple project disciplines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Oversee and streamline interactions between architects, engineers, general contractors, and other disciplines to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.Ensure contract and scope compliance while enforcing project agreements with accuracy and consistency.Execute project assignments for both large and small projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design reviews, cost reporting, and proposal preparation.Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and stakeholders, quickly addressing issues, managing project risks, and developing mitigation strategies as needed.Visit job sites as required and participate in physical activities for site management, including standing, walking on uneven terrain, climbing, lifting, and other related tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, Design, or a related field.5-7 years of project management experience in commercial real estate or construction.Proven experience managing contractors, design teams, and third-party consultants.Proven ability and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6 Primavera, and Adobe.Public works experience is preferred but not required.BenefitsThe position is full time with great benefits and the opportunity for growth.
