As part of the Strategy and Business Operations team of Digital Media, the Senior Director, Strategy and Strategic Operations will work closely with the VP, Head of Strategy and Business Operations, and Chief of Staff and other Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams in Digital Media and around the company to transform the Digital Media Business.As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for working with the various product groups in Digital Media to develop the business strategy and for driving the Digital Media Business planning process. You will also work closely with the Corporate Strategy and Corporate M&A teams to identify strategic areas of focus, collect and share outside perspectives on those strategies, assist in execution of acquisitions and investments, and help manage integrations following significant acquisitions. Lastly, you will both identify and work on broad strategic initiatives across both Digital Media and Adobe as a whole.What you'll need to succeed

8+ years of experience within a corporate strategy team, corporate development team or investment bank or top-tier M&A law firm. This experience must include overseeing complex strategy projects or acquisitions and operationalizing those projects to completion.12+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of success.Experience driving or overseeing a strategic planning process across multiple teams.Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry or digital media desired.High emotional intelligence and ability to influence. Management experience highly preferred.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives.Creative problem solver with a bias for action and results.Relentless but collaborative - ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world. The U.S. pay range for this position is $174,000 -- $374,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
