Since 2019, we’ve expanded our footprint to 3 continents and have been supporting many of the world’s most successful businesses, including GE, Pfizer, KPMG, and UBS.About this roleAs a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive new logo acquisition for one of the hottest emerging products in the industry. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint globally into new strategic verticals, including the Alternative Asset space and our corporate functions. If you've consistently exceeded your quota selling SaaS or software to executives, let's talk.We need a motivated self-starter to identify new prospects, ignite interest, and close complex deals that boost ARR. Our innovative product sells itself - we need Senior AEs who can strategically turn intrigue into revenue. In this role, you'll have ample opportunity to progress your career while representing a VC-backed rocket ship.You'll need to be confident working cross-functionally, mentoring BDRs to improve prospecting, and influencing marketing to refine positioning. We're looking for an AE who can collaborate across the revenue engine to accelerate growth.What you’ll doDrive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals.Be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly sales quotas.Possess a hunter mentality and be self-motivated to close new accounts.Proven track record of closing SaaS sales and exceeding targets.Have strong communication skills and comfort interacting with executives.Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.Partner with leadership on GTM strategy and sales messaging.Be skilled at overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Excel at qualifying leads, running demos, and closing business.Bring strategic thinking to provide solutions for complex sales cycles.Qualifications3 - 5 years of proven experience selling SaaS products to Alternative asset space (hedge funds, debt funds, VC Funds, Credit Funds) or to in-house legal teams.Proven successful track record by consistently exceeding sales quotas.Hunter's mentality and self-motivation to prospect new accounts.Strong communication and ability to interact with stakeholders.Cross-functional collaboration experience.Strategic consultative sales approach.Tenacity to overcome objections and close deals.Growth mindset and comfort in fast-paced startups.Skilled at qualifying, demoing and closing complex deals.Strategic thinking and consultative solution selling.What’s in it for youSalary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Double OTE.Remote Working.Equity package: Generous equity scheme - everyone gets to be an owner of Robin AI!Annual leave: 15 days PTO, in addition to the public holidays observed in the USA.Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.401k retirement.Growth opportunities: We prioritize promotions for high performers and help you to progress your career.What’s it like working at Robin AI?Our culture and values attract people who are creative, resourceful, and share our passion for excellence.
