Larkin Hoffman is seeking to add a Corporate Attorney with Mergers and Acquisitions experience to join our Business and Corporate Law Department as either an Associate or Shareholder track Of Counsel Attorney, depending on years of experience. This position will work closely with our business and corporate law practice group to support clients with general business, corporate, and M&A matters. This successful candidate will possess five to ten years of business, corporate, and M&A experience and be admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of legal matters and represent small to mid-sized clients with general business and corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements among owners, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements. Assist with entity formation/structuring and run due diligence closings.

Education and/or Experience:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited United States law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Efficient and concise research and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a five to ten years of experience and a demonstrated ability to handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of business and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions.
