Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and related documentation. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to address complex legal challenges. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver high-quality, timely legal work. Uphold the highest ethical standards while fostering strong client relationships. Contribute to business development initiatives through both collaborative and individual efforts. Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other transactional work. Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm operates. Compliance with continuing legal education (CLE) and licensing renewal requirements. Skills:
