A law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Transactional Associate to join its Corporate Services Group in Denver, CO. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and private equity-sponsored deals. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience drafting and reviewing complex corporate documents and a passion for delivering exceptional legal service. Duties:

Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Provide strategic guidance across multiple legal matters, managing them effectively from initiation to completion. Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and related documentation. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to address complex legal challenges. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver high-quality, timely legal work. Uphold the highest ethical standards while fostering strong client relationships. Contribute to business development initiatives through both collaborative and individual efforts. Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other transactional work. Attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm operates. Compliance with continuing legal education (CLE) and licensing renewal requirements. Skills:
