POSITION SUMMARY:Leading IT Services Provider has an immediate position available for a Customer-Service oriented Senior Technical Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience across Hypervisor, Data Backup, NAS/SAN storage, Network Architecture, IT Security, Microsoft 365 Business Premium Support, Active Directory, Windows/Linux Server Administration, and Voice & Network Communications. The candidate must be highly skilled at Service Desk, Project Management, Hands-on Leadership, Team Building, and System Integration.
