Integrate this data into centralized databases or data warehouses.

Data Analysis:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or anomalies within the electrical distribution network. This includes work order status tracking, load forecasting, outage analysis and reliability indices, and performance tracking.

Reporting & Visualization:

Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key insights and findings to stakeholders. Use tools like Power BI, or other reporting software.

System Performance Monitoring:

Track the performance of electrical distribution systems and life cycle of equipment/apparatus. This can include analyzing power quality, monitoring voltage stability, maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Outage Analysis & Restoration Optimization:

Assist in analyzing outages, predicting outages, identifying causes, and helping to optimize restoration efforts. Use historical data to improve response times and minimize downtime.

Predictive Maintenance:

Utilize predictive analytics to assess equipment health and recommend maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected failures, helping to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Data Quality Assurance:

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for analysis by developing data validation procedures and performing regular quality checks.

Data Migration or Transformation (ETL):

Extract, transform, load, aggregate and analyze data to and from multiple sources, systems, and formats.

Collaboration with Engineering & Operations:

Work closely with engineers, operations managers, Supply Chain, fleet, and field staff to

ensure data-driven insights translate into actionable decisions .

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:

Prepare data and reports for regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company meets all relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
