Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness

plays a pivotal role in enhancing team and operational performance by developing and maintaining scalable organizational effectiveness products and programs. The OE Sr. Manager partners with the OD/OE team, Instructional Designers, HRBPs, People Insights and other People Team functions to develop organization design, change management, and team effectiveness frameworks, tools, and enablement programs that meet the needs of the organization. This role will be

based out of our US headquarters in Seattle, Washington

and will be an individual contributor on the team.In this role, you will:Collaborate closely with the OD/OE team, HRBPs, People Insights, and other People Team functions to develop products and programs that meet the needs of the organization.Design and launch change management, organization and operating model, and ways of working/team effectiveness frameworks, toolkits, resources, and enablement.Collaborate with the OE team to define long-term organizational effectiveness strategies and product roadmaps that support business growth and innovation.Work closely with OE Directors and T&L team to design and implement scalable OE train-the-training programs for HRBPs/People Team and people managers.Own the planning and execution of the enablement programs and measure the effectiveness of the programs.Use quantitative and qualitative data to evolve and improve programs and increase adoption.Leverage advanced project management methodologies and own end-to-end planning and execution of OE product development and enablement initiatives.Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.Provide leadership with insights and reports on the impact of organizational effectiveness strategies, products, and programs recommending course corrections as needed.Experience and qualifications:Education:

Bachelor`s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required. Master`s degree or MBA preferred.Certifications:

Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification preferred.Experience:

7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or organizational design, ideally with a focus on product development and/or program management.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Skills and knowledge:

Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles, resources management, and performance optimization.Excellent project management and change management skills.Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functional areas.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000 USD. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000 USD, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual`s knowledge, skills, and experience.
