Partner with leadership on a talent acquisition strategy while fostering an environment of shared ownership around talent outcomes.Develop, motivate and inspire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to continue to grow and thrive at Mission Fed.Provide leadership in and perform all aspects of the heavy volume, full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing, through offer and date of hire, ensuring an amazing candidate experience.Anticipate and proactively communicate recruiting activity and status to stakeholders and senior leaders, including using talent acquisition metrics to show trends and productivity.Leverage technology and tools to streamline the candidate process and create new programs to ensure we are attracting the best talent available to support our members.Demonstrate thought leadership and provide training and coaching to business leaders throughout the organization on topics related to Talent Acquisition.Provide recommendations on potential changes to compensation/reward strategies based on candidate feedback, market insight, and talent acquisition strategies.Act as a brand ambassador and work with our community partners to develop future talent.Qualifications:
Someone who understands that talent acquisition builds the organization's talent team and therefore its future.A leader who is energized by growing and developing others and themselves.A driven recruiter who strives to exceed hiring manager expectations and loves being hands-on in the process.Two years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience, including leading a recruitment team, and strong candidate sourcing in the financial services industry is preferred.Excellent sleuthing and sourcing skills, including experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, ATS mining, and other common platforms to locate the best talent.Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.Microsoft Office Suite and Internet proficiency are required. A knowledge of Dayforce HCM ATS software and/or Compease Salary Administration is preferred.What We Offer:
