Experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive quota-carrying role. Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational and commercial excellence with our existing customers. Build strong relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. Work closely with current customers to understand their unique challenges and goals, acting as a consultative partner on the Uber for Business platform. Own the relationship and growth strategy by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial deals, and securing commitments from senior decision-makers. Partner with our implementation team to launch new products, use cases, or expansions aimed at growing revenue and driving product adoption. Develop a comprehensive view of the client that includes their business priorities, competitive edge, industry trends, and strategic partner relationships. Grow and retain a book of business and proactively identify expansion opportunities to exceed revenue goals. Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Build and implement long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level. Ensure our partners have an exceptional experience with Uber for Business. Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews to illustrate platform adoption and drive expansion conversations. Act as an advocate for customers, conveying their specific needs across the organization. Adapt to changing needs and priorities of the business and clients. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and promote a positive culture. Benefits
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range is USD$102,000 - USD$113,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range is USD$113,000 - USD$126,000 per year. Eligibility for Uber's bonus program and various benefits.
