We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives. Role incumbent will be responsible for market regulation related risk and controls including governance, oversight, timely execution, quality, and client list management. In most regions, the VP will be supported by a hybrid resource model of in-country and Delivery Centre teams. Lead the management of the function, including recruiting, training, and onboarding team membersManaging and monitoring including executing regularly scheduled client reviews to complete onboarding and maintenance regulatory requirementsWork closely with stakeholders to ensure onboarding and task targets are met including clearing blockers where required to drive productivity and qualityConduct regular reviews to identify potential compliance gaps or weaknesses, and develop and implement remediation plans as necessaryDevelop comprehensive KPIs, KRIs, and SLAs to monitor performance and set up governance cadence i.e., weekly, and monthly to ensure reporting and tracking of items including action plans to closureDesign and publish performance dashboard for management reviewDrive and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance services qualityProvide guidance and support to business units on market regulation related matters, including customer onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoringCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams, to ensure a consistent and robust regulatory compliance culture throughout the organizationBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with our partners: Act as point of contact and escalationParticipate in Risk Assessment and Risk Controls exercises including representation on appropriate risk forums. Act as proxy for Direct reporting line on forums with prior agreement as requiredTimely escalations and resolutions of issuesOversee the implementation and enhancement of market regulation systems and processesQualifications
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to local HR guidelines on effective people and performance managementEnsure staff receive appropriate training & development, assist in developing training plans & provide coaching where necessary Talent management including training, performance, capability, and capacity planningLead and manage a team of market regulation professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective executionDevelop comprehensive product, client, and SME knowledgeCollege/Bachelor/master's degree with 12 to 15 years of experience in related fieldExcellent oral & written communication skills. English fluency is requiredStrong planning and time management skillsMust be able to communicate comfortably with Senior stakeholder group across verticalsMust be a team player and foster a team first environment and cultureMust have strong MS Office skills, specifically, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
