Content/Product Marketing Manager, Ethical and Inclusive Product...Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketing and content efforts for the Ethical and Inclusive Product team including strategy creation, planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and impact measurement.Lead marketing and content program, driving execution of external blog content, executive bylines, playbooks/toolkits, media campaigns, social media promotions, and enablement initiatives.Support the inclusion of product ethics and accessibility topics in major Salesforce events such as Dreamforce as well as additional corporate webinars and 3rd party events/conferences.Write and create content related to ethical technology, accessibility, and inclusive design, spanning written content, customer/partner success stories, events presence, educational modules and workshops, and presentation talk tracks.Create dynamic, compelling content including design and written content for a range of marketing assets including videos, event/webinar content, succinct slide pitch-decks, and more.Work cross-functionally with comms/PR, marketing, sales, and product/product marketing teams to drive product messaging and positioning, content and campaigns, events, and enablement.Write compelling and inclusive social copy for use on Twitter and LinkedIn -- as well as other corporate channels.Represent Ethical & Inclusive Product Team at key internal and external events if needed.Track, measure, and report success and reach of external content.Identify opportunities to experiment in order to continuously evolve and improve program impact.Qualifications
5 years experience in marketing, content, and/or product marketing -- related Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications degree or equivalent experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content with the ability to tailor messages to specific audiences; Able to communicate complex topics in simple terms.Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas with a bias toward action; Ability to influence a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.Excellent stakeholder management skills including proven experience working with senior leaders.Demonstrated passion for tech ethics, accessibility, inclusive design, or related field.Knowledge of social best practices -- particularly LinkedIn and Twitter -- and proven experience executing campaigns.Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides -- Keynote and Photoshop experience a plus.Fast learner with the ability to take and quickly act on feedback.Leads with Equality and Inclusion in behavior and content.Sense of humor & ability to have fun.Salary Range
$80K -- $100KBenefits
