Sr. Counsel (Labor & Employment Attorney) - to $250k (Am100 - CA Bar Required / REMOTE)

**Seeking Attorneys with Proven Long-Term Tenure at Previous Law firms. They're to hire a candidate with a history of stability. Candidates must have 5 or more years of specific CA employment law experience, passed the CA bar and live in CA even if they are looking for a remote position**

Employment/Wage and Hour Litigation Attorney

(At least 5 years of CA Employment Law experience required)

CA -

Remote flexibility offered , but must be local to CA, with intermittent in-office appearances in one of their following offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Oxnard, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Carlsbad, San Diego, Walnut Creek.

Billing / hours:

1900

Compensation:

$115,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:Handle litigation of employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour disputes and agency charges.Act as representatives for employers in various legal proceedings, encompassing a wide array of employment issues such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.Provide guidance and counsel on employment and labor law matters, with a focus on California regulations.Requirements:

Possession of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.At least 5 years of experience in employment law.Active membership in the California State Bar.Strong comprehension of state and federal agency procedures.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
